A LEAGUE BUILT OVER GENERATIONS
Summerville Girls Softball League has been a part of the community since 1972, growing alongside the families it serves and becoming a long-standing tradition in Summerville.
What began as an effort to create opportunities for girls in youth sports has developed into a thriving, community-supported league that has served generations of players, many of whom return as coaches, volunteers, and supporters.
Over the years, SGSL has remained focused on its core values—providing a positive environment, teaching the fundamentals of the game, and building confidence both on and off the field.
Today, that tradition continues as new players step onto the field, becoming part of a legacy that extends far beyond the game itself.
